Often when teaching mountain bike lessons, we find the rider is just simply limited by their current functional strength capacity. We can help them be as efficient as possible with body position and movements so they don’t have to use a lot of strength, but often if they were stronger in a wider range of mobility, they would more easily be able execute skills without it being a max effort. That’s why we’re introducing a comprehensive approach to becoming a better rider, Strength Training + Skills Instruction.

Remote Package $350/month

  • 2x/week Custom Strength Workouts to do at Home (via our strength app)

  • 1x/month In-person Custom Skills Lesson

    Perfect for someone who lives within a few hours drive of Western NC. Do your strength workouts on your own 2x per week (via our easy to follow strength app) and then visit in-person 1x per month for your skills lesson

  • Initial Strength Assessment and Goal Session via Video call

  • Custom strength training plan based on your current ability, limitations, goals, and equipment available to use

  • Video analysis and feedback for your remote strength training workouts

  • In-Person coach analysis and feedback for your riding

  • Long-term custom development plan for skills lessons based on your current ability and goals

  • Additional access to your coach via text/call/email

In-Person Package $600/month

  • 2x/week In-Person Custom Strength Training in Brevard (1-on-1 w your coach)

  • 1x/month In-person Custom Skills Lesson

    Perfect for the area local, strength train in-person in Brevard with your coach. Then, join your coach 1x per month on the bike for a skills lesson.

  • Initial Strength Assessment and Goal Session in-person

  • Custom strength training plan based on your current ability, limitations, and goals

  • Expert in-person coach analysis and feedback for both your strength workouts and riding to ensure proper form

  • Long-term custom development plan for skills lessons based on your current ability and goals

  • Additional access to your coach via text/call/email
